This is the same sequence for every driver, every time — whether it's a slow Tuesday or the line is out the door at 4am.
Driver pays at the kiosk — cash, card, or loyalty account. Phone or email is optional, only used if they want a text when their bay's ready.
The system checks which bays are clean and open right now, assigns the next one, and generates a one-time code tied to that driver and that bay only.
Bay number and code announce over the PA, and go to the driver's phone too if they left a number. No standing around watching a screen.
Driver walks to bay 06, types the code into the keypad. Only that door — bound to that code — unlocks. Every other bay stays locked.
If a code never gets used, the bay flags itself after a set window instead of sitting locked and wasted — staff sees it on the dashboard, not from a driver complaint.
Once staff marks the bay cleaned, it goes straight back into the pool for the next driver. No re-keying, no re-badging, nothing to reset by hand.
